Le Deuil de la Beauté
Le Deuil de la Beauté
Le Deuil de la Beauté en Cuevana. Forty actors dancing through the world’s metropolises, deserts, ancient epics, and inner pictures. In Gao’s poetic-aesthetic world, fantasy mixes with imagination, reality with unreality. An experimental film poem unfettered by narration and existing entirely outside the criteria of traditional cinema.
